Advanced Surgery

Dr. Nicole Govoni earned her DVM from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011 and completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery at VCA South Shore Animal Hospital. She practiced in Rhode Island before joining Medway Animal Hospital, where she values the variety of general and emergency medicine and building lifelong client relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys time outdoors with her husband, two children, and Pit Bull Terrier Lyla, and looks forward to her pet family growing.

Dr. Nicole Govoni

Veterinarian

Dr. Rebekah Tanamachi Simmons joined the team in August 2025. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine, she has over a decade of experience practicing small animal medicine in Texas and Massachusetts. Dr. Simmons has a special interest in dentistry and dermatology and is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets. When not in the clinic, she enjoys cooking, kayaking, fishing, and hiking with her husband and their spirited rescue dog, Sansa.

Dr. Rebekah Simmons

Dr. Farnam received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Assumption College and received her Veterinary Medical degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine after spending her clinical year at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Farnam loves spending time with her daughter, hiking, reading, and the NE Patriots. She is also a 4th-degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate. Dr. Farnam and her family share their home with 2 cats and 2 dogs.

Dr. Meaghan Farnam

Dr. Jessica Marshall Roberts graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and completed a rotating internship in emergency/critical care, surgery, and internal medicine at Tufts VETS. She then spent 11 years as a small animal general practitioner before joining Medway Animal Hospital. Her interests include anesthesia, internal medicine, and diagnostic imaging. Outside work, she enjoys family time in New Hampshire, reading, hiking, traveling, and cooking.

Dr. Jessica Marshall Roberts

Dr. Lisa Goldman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and spent the first decade of her career working in small animal clinics nationwide while supporting her husband’s Army Veterinary Corps assignments. Now settled in Massachusetts, she focuses on internal medicine, dermatology, and feline care, and values strong client relationships. Outside work, she enjoys family time, skiing, running, cooking, and tennis. Her home includes a dog, two cats, a guinea pig, and 12 chickens.

Dr. Lisa Goldman

Dr. Monica Mansfield, a Maryland native, earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and graduated from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. She practiced in New Hampshire and central Massachusetts before joining Medway Animal Hospital in 2005. She is dedicated to compassionate care, strong communication, and honoring the bond between pets and families. She enjoys music, photography, and time with her veterinarian husband, two sons, and their pets.

Dr. Monica Mansfield

Dr. Stollar is a veterinarian driven by a lifelong passion for animals. He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and graduated from its veterinary school in 2012. He has since practiced small animal internal medicine and surgery and completed a veterinary behavior residency at Purdue University in 2018. He is committed to supporting both the physical and emotional health of pets. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his twin sons, wife, and dogs, as well as movies, guitar, and creating behavior videos.
